• The pricing for mixing services is €200 per song, and for mastering services, it is €40 per song. These prices include IVA/VAT at 23%.
• Payment is accepted via Stripe, and all transactions must be completed upfront.

2. Ordering and Payment

• Clients can place orders for mixing and mastering services through the website.
• Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards via Stripe.

3. Refunds and Revisions

• Refund Policy: Refunds are available only in cases of unsatisfactory service quality, as determined by Andrew Cherry.
• Revision Policy: Each service includes up to 2 revisions per song. Revisions may not exceed 10 comments per song, per revision.
• Additional revisions beyond the included 2 are subject to a fee of 35% of the per-service rate per song that requires them.

4. Delivery and Turnaround

• Expected turnaround times are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed. Turnaround times may vary based on workload and complexity.
• Clients are responsible for delivering audio files and other relevant materials as per the instructions provided.

5. Ownership and Rights

• The client retains ownership of their original music and intellectual property.
• Andrew Cherry retains the right to use mixed or mastered tracks for portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

6. Privacy and GDPR Compliance

• Andrew Cherry is committed to GDPR compliance and will handle client data in accordance with relevant regulations. Refer to the Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Cancellation and Termination

• Clients can cancel an order under specific conditions, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
• Andrew Cherry reserves the right to terminate services in certain circumstances, which will be communicated clearly and in advance.
