1. Right of Cancellation

Under European Union consumer protection regulations, clients have the right to cancel their order for mixing and mastering services within 14 days of placing the order without providing any reason.

2. Cancellation Period

The 14-day cancellation period begins from the date the order is placed.

3. How to Cancel

To exercise the right of cancellation, clients may notify Andrew Cherry of their decision to cancel the order by sending an email to [email protected] within the 14-day cancellation period.

4. Refund Process

In case of cancellation within the 14-day period, Andrew Cherry will reimburse all payments received from the client, including the cost of the service, within 14 days from the day on which the notification of cancellation is received.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

5. Exceptions

The right of cancellation does not apply to services that have been fully performed if the performance began with the client’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they would lose their right of cancellation once the service is fully performed.

6. Cancellation Fees

Beyond the 14-day cancellation period, clients may still request cancellation; however, cancellation fees may apply as follows:

• If cancellation is requested before the start of the service, no cancellation fees apply.
• If cancellation is requested after work on the service has begun but before the service is completed, a pro-rated fee based on the work completed may apply.
• If cancellation is requested after the service is completed, no refunds will be issued.

7. Partial Refunds for Incomplete Services

If a client has paid for a package of services (e.g., 6 songs) and a portion of the services have been completed and delivered (e.g., 2 songs), the client may request cancellation of the remaining services (e.g., 4 songs). In such cases, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the remaining, uncompleted services.

8. Termination by Andrew Cherry

Andrew Cherry reserves the right to terminate services in certain circumstances, which will be communicated clearly and in advance to the client. In such cases, clients will receive a pro-rated refund for any services not performed.
